Done! provides training for members of your organization to make them successful Scrum Masters or Project Managers. Training can focus on agile/scrum, dual-track scrum, kanban, SAFe, and waterfall frameworks. We can also provide deep-dive risk management, rolling wave roadmap planning, product feature prioritization and project intake & discovery training. 

Done! can provide coaching to scrum or IT delivery teams or even with individual project leaders or managers. Coaching involves defining team or individual goals, listening to challenges, digging deeper into those challenges, providing constructive feedback to improve performance and enabling more effective creative thinking and idea activation. 

We assist you to define, implement and maintain project governance and standards as well as provide tactical templates to ensure project management best practices are being followed. That said, not all company PMO needs are the same; this means we would take time to first survey the things you find most valuable and anchor our work to those needs to ensure adoption and value generation. We can also serve as a Fractional PMO Director while things are getting organized. 

We will complete small projects on your behalf. The scope and length of projects will vary based on your exact needs. These types of projects can range from book writing & editing, organizational clarity & restructures, as well as creation of job descriptions, operational playbooks & SOPs, and even setting up and facilitating leadership and executive offsites/summits and board meetings. We even help organize materials for in-person trade shows and building out decks for presentations.
