Expertise

As your project consultant, we are hired to help you train or coach your team, set up a new, small PMO or even oversee or execute on projects because we have the expertise and experience needed to organize and map out a project as well as handle barriers and issues that may come up. 


Our expertise can help ensure a project is executed successfully and stays on track. We provide a wide range of services, including coaching and consulting, for projects including business changes, transformations, and IT project management services.

Qualifications

Our project management personnel have special qualifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, Risk Management Professional (RMP) designation, Scaled Agile Release Train Engineering (RTE), Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM) and Lean certifications.  

Industry Knowledge

Our vast array of industry knowledge in telecommunication, healthcare, travel, financial and investment services, education, and e-Commerce brings skills to the table that a small business may not have, including business and IT project management services, product roadmap prioritization & planning, organizational clarity, and process optimization.
