Project Management & Consulting, I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience providing tailored project management coaching, training, and consulting services to small businesses. My focus is on empowering organizations to enhance their project delivery, implement process improvements, and establish or lead effective Project Management Offices (PMOs). This includes coaching project teams, setting up governance, creating practical tools, and offering fractional PMO leadership. Done! also provides ad hoc project execution for small to medium-sized initiatives.

Separately, as Co-Founder and COO of GSD Coach & Recruiting, I leverage my strategic and operational leadership to help growing organizations build high-performing teams. My focus is on driving efficiency and growth through collaborative talent acquisition strategies that solve complex business challenges and deliver exceptional talent.
